The Role of the Foundation
The Enterprise Foundation works in partnership with public sector agencies and RSLs with the aim of delivering a wide range of economic, social and environmental benefits to local communities. The specific objectives are to:
- Maximise the social and economic impact of Enterprise contracts on the communities which they serve.
- Develop innovative approaches to adding value to mainstream service provision.
- Provide a clear economic and social focus for Enterprise's Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
Background
The Foundation draws upon over twenty years of collaboration between the joint venture partners - Economic Development Services and Enterprise - and an extensive track record of working in partnership with a variety of public, private and voluntary sector clients to enhance service delivery.
